Bei der EBSD Analyse wird die Probe 70\u00b0 zur Strahlbeugungskamera platziert und mit Elektronen beschossen. Ein Teil der Elektronen die die Oberfl\u00e4che treffen wir zur\u00fcck gestreut und diese werden mit Hilfe eines Phosphatschirms detektiert. Elektronen die die Probe verlassen und die Bragg-Bedingung f\u00fcr eine spezifische Ebene erf\u00fcllen werden mit einem Intensit\u00e4tsunterschied detektiert wodurch sog. Kikuchib\u00e4nder sichtbar werden. Diese geben Aufschluss \u00fcber den Kristall von welchem die Elektronen r\u00fcckgestrahlt werden.
