Bei dieser Technik wird ein energiereicher Elektronenstrahl auf die Probe gerichtet. Der Elektronenstrahl regt Elektronen der inneren Elektronenschalen der Probe an wodurch L\u00f6cher entstehen die von Elektronen der \u00e4u\u00dferen Schalen besetzt werden. Bei dieser Bewegung werden zus\u00e4tzlich R\u00f6ntgenphotonen emittiert. Das Energieniveau dieser Photonen ist elementspezifisch wodurch die chemische Zusammensetzung bestimmt werden kann.<\/p>\n<p>Anwendungsgebiete sind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifizierung von Partikeln, Einschl\u00fcsse und Phasen in Materialien<\/li>\n<li>Charakterisierung von Korrosionsprodukten zur Identifizierung von Korrosionsmechanismen.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse von Verschlei\u00dfsch\u00e4den wie z.B. Reibungssoxide.<\/li>\n<li>Bestimmung der Chemischen Zusammensetzung von mikrometergro\u00dfen Strukturbestandsteilen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div
