Stereo light optical microscopy (SLOM)
For stereo light optical microscopy a light optical microscope with two light pathes, one for each eye, is used. The sample is seen from two different angles which creates a three dimensional image and makes it possible to perform topographical analysis. It has a wide area of use for example:
- Quality control of components
- Study of fracture surfacesr
